如何解決鋁板加工中變形的問題

針對鋁合金板生產加工中變形的難題,依據原材料樣子、加工的剩余量、生產加工方式的不一樣,變形的難題會不一樣。要想處理這個問題,就須尋找造成變形的來源于。大概有三種:內用勁、溫度、內應力與溫度相互結果。

選用時效性及其震動解決或事先加工工藝均可一部分清 除毛胚的內應力,容量大的毛胚工件故變形也大。若事先除掉毛胚的不必要一部分變小各一部分的容量,不但能夠降低之后工藝流程的變形,并且置放一段時間,還能夠釋放出來一部分內應力。
